Attendees include a mix of supply chain design executives, decision-makers, and practitioners. While most are Optilogic customers, many are prospective clients exploring new solutions and looking to connect with industry experts.

The 15-minute speaking sessions will be in the Cosmic Expo area against a large wall equipped with a projector. The Cosmic Expo theatre will include a podium, microphone, and large monitor with space for seating as well as passers-by.

You’re welcome to present any content you’d like during your speaking spot. While we don’t have a specific presentation template, feel free to use your company’s corporate template if you prefer.

The venue, Elevate, features a spacious communal lobby outside the main conference room, where attendees will network and gather during meals and breaks. The Cosmic Expo area will be primarily located towards the left side of this space, with sponsor booths lining the perimeter.

You are responsible for your own table signage. This could be a standing pull-up banner, tabletop sign, or any other signage that will fit on or next to your table to convey to attendees who you are and what you do. If you’re interested in renting a monitor from the venue, let us know, and we’ll connect you with the appropriate contact to coordinate.

The hours for the Cosmic Expo are from 8-9AM, 11:30AM – 1PM and 4:15-5:15PM on Wednesday (6/3). On Thursday (6/4), they are from 8-9AM and 11:45AM-1PM.

We recommend sending them directly to your hotel according to the hotel’s guidelines. You can book a room within the OptiCon hotel block here.

Sponsors must set up their kiosks between 9AM and 5PM on Tuesday (6/3). Please let us know your expected arrival time within that window so we can coordinate with venue security.

We recommend parking at the One Campus Martius Garage at 1140 Farmer St, Detroit, MI 48226, which is directly across Farmer St from the venue. To enter the venue, use the side entrance on Farmer St, which will take you directly into the One Campus Martius lobby.
