Application Stuck On Loading Screen

If you are running into issues loading Atlas or Cosmic Frog initially where the loading spinner is stuck on the screen you can attempt to perform a hard refresh of the browser. This spinner being stuck can be caused by the website loading a stale token and refreshing the page without loading from cache should generate a fresh token.

To perform a hard refresh of the browser hit CTRL + F5. Alternatively, you can hit the refresh button in the browser while holding down CTRL.
