VP of People and Talent
Sang has 15+ years of experience in human resources, people strategy, and organizational growth. He leads talent strategy, organizational development, and culture at Optilogic, playing a key role in implementing people systems, driving alignment, and supporting the company’s rapid scale. Known for his direct communication and strong relationships, Sang is a trusted advisor to the leadership team. Outside of work, Sang enjoys spending time with his wife and their three Pomeranians. When he’s not with his family, he’s likely on the golf course, at the gym, or exploring new cities in search of great food.
